I made it for my father .. who is a great critic of cherry cobbler and he eat 5 servings. I used organic bing cherries in the can.. so i had to drain them a bit so they .. while baking.. wouldn't overpower the topping.
Was very good. Could use less cherries or a longer cooking time when on the stove. Otherwise it was really good even without ice cream!
