  • Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 2 (9-inch) round pans, blending 1/3 cup dry pudding mix into cake batter before pouring into prepared pans. Cool 10 min. Remove cakes from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Mix cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. sugar in medium bowl until blended. Whisk in half the COOL WHIP and 1 Tbsp. sprinkles. Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers with cream cheese mixture.
  • Beat remaining dry pudding mix and sugar with milk in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP; spread onto top and side of cake. Press remaining sprinkles into side of cake.
