Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was awesome. This was awesome. After reading many of the reviews and seeing what people added and did a little different I did the same and this is great. I didn't grill my chicken but sauteed it in some olive oil and added the onion and sun dried tomatoes to that. Then sprinkled half a packet of the dried Italian season mix with it. I also added cucumber to the pasta part of it, and then sprinkled the rest of the pasta mix with the remaining season packet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a favorite dish for my husband and me, especially on a busy weeknight. This is a favorite dish for my husband and me, especially on a busy weeknight. I can make it ahead and leave it in the fridge for him if I need to run out for activities with the kids. He also loves having the leftovers for lunch the next day. We make this at least once every couple of weeks. My kids are extremely picky and won't eat it (none of them will eat a tomato or an onion), but we will definitely continue to make it for the 2 of us.

I actually messed up when I went to the store with my list and bought roasted red peppers instead of sun dried tomatoes (that's what you get with two small screaming kids with you!!) So I skipped out on that ingredient but I used the roasted red peppers as a garnish. It was absolutly perfect. My family loved it. And my mom isn't even a fan of feta cheese

Omitted the feta cheese, added some corn and since didn't have grilled chicken, I cooked mine in a little bit of olive oil, added onions and garlic and seasoned it with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper! was not crazy about the sun-dried tomatoes, next time I will reconstitute them before adding them to the pasta.

I eliminate the sun-dried tomatoes and onion, and I love the feta cheese with tomato and basil. And the fresh basil gives it wonderful flavor! It is great cold the next day, or hot. We very rarely have left overs with this dish... it's made at least once a week!

I used precooked chicken breast and I also used light sun-dried tomatoe dressing, it was wonderful. My husband ate the rest for his lunch that night. Great for a quick summer meal along with fresh fruit!

After it was done I snacked on it, and it was alright. But the next day I had it for lunch it was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Let sit overnight in the fridge!! :) I also substituted the Italian for Parmesan and herb dressing.

Used 1 qt cherry tomatoes, 6 oz. sundried tomato feta, 1/2 bottle Kraft parmesan roasted red pepper italian dressing and added 1 bag baby spinach. Best served warm. Served at picnic and was a hit--everyone asked for the recipe.
