  • Meanwhile, mix tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add pasta and cheese; mix lightly.

Round Out The Meal

Serve with a whole-wheat roll and fresh fruit for dessert.

Great Substitute

Substitute 1 tsp. dried basil leaves for sliced fresh basil.

Tomato & Basil Pasta Salad

Prepare as directed, except rinse pasta with cold water after cooking. Mix with remaining ingredients; cover. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Stir lightly before serving.
