We grilled burgers and sausages and I served this as a side dish. Would be just as tasty with chips which is a good thing since Football season is starting. I also like that this is a healthy dish too. My Husband likes his salsa spicy so I added a tablespoon of hot sauce to the lime juice.

I have made this recipe over a dozen times to the delight of nearly everyone who have sampled it. It has been such a hit that everyone wants the recipe. Although I usually prepare it as a dip with tortilla chips, I have found it to be a great accompanyment to grilled fish and chicken. I feel the recipe has a fine balance of flavors and have not felt a need to deviated from the original recipe.

Well, the salsa was gone within a 1/2 hour. They LOVED it!!! It was sooooooo good. I will definitely make this again. (Although, I have to admit I didn't add the cilantro b/c I don't like it! Hey, chefs prerogative :) Everyone kept asking for the recipe :)

My sister and I made it one night with rice and I think it was even better. This is a really tasty healthy salsa. It's also super easy to make. Thanks to who ever came up witht his one.

I added shrimp and served it with crackers everyone loved it. My friends asked me for the recipe and now they have made it.

I had my husband take some of the left overs to work and it disappeared fast. I liked that it was healthy and sooo easy to make. I made it the day before and I liked the flavor better this way.

The flavors are wonderful and it's a different twist on salsa! It's not spicy either! It was a great trip on a summer camping trip with my family plus my husband requests it frequently!

I brought it for a lunch gathering and we ended up ditching the rest of the food and just eating this. It's sweet and salty and just, makes my mouth water. And hey, it's pretty good for you too!
