  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 5 min.; cool 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, process beans, seasonings and 1/4 cup salsa in food processor just until blended. (Do not process until smooth.)
  • Spread bean mixture onto tortillas; top with cheese.
  • Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted. Transfer tortillas to cutting board; cut each into 4 wedges.
  • Top with remaining salsa and onions.
