What You Need

cup boiling water

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Black Cherry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin

cup cold water

cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided

Make It

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.

POUR into 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

CUT gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes. Layer gelatin cubes alternately with 1/2 cup of the whipped topping in 4 dessert glasses. Top with dollops of the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping.

i made this recipe as it states here but one tried it with strawberry whipped cream and used black berry and blue raspberry jello and it tastes AWESOME!!! very good and lots of berry tastes. i will make this again and now all of my friends make it for all of their occasions even just at home,.

I love this recipe. I am on a low-carb diet and this makes you feel like your cheating but your not.... My husband even likes it ....
