  • Mix turkey, bouillon and thyme. Shape into 4 (4-inch) patties. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of patties; lightly press pepper into turkey.
  • Cook turkey patties in nonstick skillet on medium heat 12 min. or until cooked through (170°F), turning occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, mix tomato, yogurt and parsley. Serve over turkey patties.
