Black Pepper-Turkey Patties

Cracked black pepper is pressed onto both sides of seasoned turkey patties before cooking. The patties are served with an easy yogurt-tomato topping.

what you need

pkg.  (16 oz.) LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey, thawed
1
tsp.  instant chicken bouillon
1/4
tsp.  dried thyme leaves
1
tsp.  cracked black pepper
1
large  tomato, chopped
1/2
cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

MIX turkey, bouillon and thyme. Shape into 4 (4-inch) patties. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of patties; lightly press pepper into turkey.

COOK turkey patties in nonstick skillet on medium heat 12 min. or until cooked through (170°F), turning occasionally.

MEANWHILE, mix tomato, yogurt and parsley. Serve over turkey patties.
