  • Mix turkey, bouillon and thyme. Shape into 4 (4-inch) patties. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of patties; lightly press pepper into turkey.
  • Cook turkey patties in nonstick skillet on medium heat 12 min. or until cooked through (170°F), turning occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, mix tomato, yogurt and parsley. Serve over turkey patties.

How to Chop Parsley

Using chef's knife and holding tip end down, cut back and forth across whole parsley sprigs until chopped.
