  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Microwave blackberries in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. Add dry pudding mix, water, lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, nutmeg, lemon zest and remaining sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over berry mixture.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until berry mixture is bubbly, and streusel topping is golden brown.
  • Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
