Pan-frying is great way to cook steaks indoors. The meat should be no more than 1 inch thick and trimmed of excess fat. Use a heavy-bottomed skillet to brown the meat evenly. The pan should be very hot before adding the meat so that the meat will sear on the outside. Use tongs or a spatula to turn the meat to cook the other side. Check meat doneness with an instant-read thermometer before serving.
Heat grill to high heat. Rub steaks with seasoning mix as directed. Grill 4 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).
