This white pizza with bacon isn't completely tomato-free; it's got thin slices of plum tomato and fresh basil to give it beautiful color and flavor.

What You Need

 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)

tsp.  olive oil
1/4
tsp.  garlic powder
4
oz.  POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
2
 plum tomatoes, seeded, thinly sliced
8
slices  OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4
cup  thinly sliced fresh basil

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

PLACE crust on baking sheet; brush with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with cheese, tomatoes and bacon.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

TOP with basil.

How to Slice Large-Leafed Fresh Herbs
Slice large-leafed herbs such as basil and mint, into thin strips by stacking several leaves on top of one another. Roll the stack lengthwise into a cylinder. Using a sharp knife, cut the cylinder crosswise to form fine shreds. This cut is called chiffonade. Be sure to use a sharp knife - a dull knife will bruise the leaves while cutting.
How to Seed Tomatoes
To seed a tomato, cut tomato crosswise in half. Then, gently squeeze each half to remove the seeds and juice.
