Blonde Rocky Road Brownies

A sugar cookie crust is topped with melted caramels, chocolate chunks, peanuts and marshmallows then baked to gooey perfection.

What You Need

pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Caramels

Tbsp. water

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

cup PLANTERS Salted Peanuts

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PRESS cookie dough onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until lightly browned.

MICROWAVE caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute; pour over crust. Top with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 5 to 7 min. or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Too many requests to count for the recipe everytime I make it! Everyone loves it and thinks it's a complicated recipe. Super easy to make and my go to recipe for any pot luck function I attend!

These brownies are awesome!!! Super easy to make and super delicious :) You could easily subsitute chocolate chips for the Bakers chocolate, but regardless, it'll be easy and great!

I thought this was very delicious!!! I used milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips instead of the chopped chocolate. I am not a big peanut fan so I also substituted pecans for the peanuts. It turned out fabulous!

It was very good but very sweet. I left a little of the caremel for drizzle over the marshmellows. If I were bake it again, I would put less marshmellows cause the caremel is sweet enough

Make it more easily with caramel syrup and chocolate chips. After baking cookie- pour on syrup, sprinkle on chocolate chips/nuts/marshmallows. Put in oven for about 15 min or till melty. It would be good with any kind of nuts or coconut. It was a total hit with everyone!

Next time I would melt the carmel as instructed but instead of just putting the chocolate pieces and marshmallows on the top and baking I think I would melt the chocolate and pour that on then melt the marshmallows and pour them on then back to brown the marshmallows. Maybe just throw the chocolate pieces on and melt the marshmallows and pour over the chocolate pieces then bake to sort of melt the chocolate pieces and brown the marshmallows.

This is a VERY, VERY sweet treat! The kids loved the gooey marshmellows and oozing caramel. A bit of advice - this needs to cool COMPLETELY before cutting to serve.
