Add scrambled eggs to a BLT and serve it on a bagel instead of bread and this classic sandwich becomes a delicious brunch or breakfast entrée.

what you need

 plain bagels, split

 lettuce leaves

slices tomato

 eggs

cup milk

tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2
cup chopped green pepper

slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cooked

Make It

COVER bottom half of each bagel with 1 lettuce leaf and 1 tomato slice; set aside.

BEAT eggs, milk and hot pepper sauce in small bowl, set aside.

COOK and stir green pepper in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Pour egg mixture over green pepper; cook without stirring. As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Continue cooking until egg mixture is set. Top each bagel bottom half with 1/4 of the cooked egg mixture, 2 bacon slices and top half of bagel.
