This delicious salad can be assembled ahead of time. Just combine all ingredients except the lettuce and bacon. Refrigerate up to 3 hours. Stir in lettuce and bacon just before serving.

This salad was delicious and hit the spot on this scorching summer day! My husband and I ate it all! I used mixed greens with spinach in place of the romaine lettuce. I will be fixing this salad again!
My family LOVED this salad. We do a lot of salads during the Summer and this was exceptionally good.
One change - My family does not like Romaine Lettuce, So I always replace with Bok Choy. And its a HIT.
