Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
For added spice, substitute arugula for the romaine.
Salad can be assembled ahead of time. Just combine all ingredients except the lettuce and bacon. Refrigerate up to 3 hours. Stir in lettuce and bacon just before serving.

My family LOVED this salad. We do a lot of salads during the Summer and this was exceptionally good.
One change - My family does not like Romaine Lettuce, So I always replace with Bok Choy. And its a HIT.
Great recipe. I made a few substitutions though: 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup olive oil; spinach and kale instead of romaine. It was a hit and is a keeper.
