This salad is fabulous!! Made it for Memorial Day and everyone raved how delicious it was. Mixed everything, except the lettuce, together the day before and then added the lettuce right before serving. Delicious!!
This recipe received rave reviews at our memorial day party. It was even better the second day, although the lettuce was fairly wilted. I added salt and pepper to the recipe. Next time I will mix everything except the lettuce up the day before and add the lettuce just before serving.
