What You Need

4
slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1
small onion, chopped
2
cups water
1
tsp. salt
2
cups instant white rice, uncooked
2
cups torn romaine lettuce
1
large tomato, chopped
1/2
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Make It

COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp, turning occasionally. Drain bacon, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon; set aside.

ADD onion to drippings in skillet; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Add water and salt; bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Cool to room temperature.

ADD lettuce, tomato, mayo and reserved bacon; mix lightly.
