  • Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  • Mix chicken and dressing mix just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Mix mayo and peppers until blended.
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, bacon and mayo mixture. Cover with tops of buns.

Serving Suggestion

Add a fresh fruit platter to the menu and you'll have the makings for easy party fare.

Variation

You can instead grill these delicious chicken patties in your grill pan on top of the stove. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in pan before adding chicken patties to hot pan and cooking as directed.
