Me and my significant other made this for New Year's Eve, it was very simple, had a nice creamy texture, went perfect with champagne and fresh fruit. I plan to make this again for holidays or any occasion that is appropriate for 'buffet style eating', like family get togethers, the Super Bowl, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is SO GOOD! This is SO GOOD! Even the teenagers like it! It's a definite for blue cheese lovers because they can taste the cheese, but the teens don't realize what they're eating! Followed the recipe except used 1/3 less fat Philly Cream Cheese and LITE sour cream, low-fat Ritz! YUM!!!
