    This is SO GOOD! Even the teenagers like it! It's a definite for blue cheese lovers because they can taste the cheese, but the teens don't realize what they're eating! Followed the recipe except used 1/3 less fat Philly Cream Cheese and LITE sour cream, low-fat Ritz! YUM!!!

    I am a big fan of blue cheese and this recipe is great. If you don't have chives, try the using the green end of green onions.
