Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love 7 layered salad. Love 7 layered salad. Made this for Easter dinner, but used a few different items. Instead of the radishes, I used cucumbers. Instead of red pepper, I used mini sweet red, yellow, and orange peppers. Instead of Real Mayo, I used the Olive Oil with Cracked Pepper which gave it a little kick.
