Blueberry-Coffee Pancakes

Here's a thrill for the brunchtime crowd: warm pancakes made with brewed coffee and real blueberries.

What You Need

 All-purpose baking mix
 Brewed strong GEVALIA House Blend
1
cup  blueberries
1/2
cup  maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Make It

PREPARE batter as directed on package for 12 pancakes, substituting coffee for the water. Stir in berries.

LADLE batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.

SERVE with the syrup.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Special Extra
To warm the syrup before serving over pancakes, microwave it in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or just until warmed before pouring over pancakes.
