OMG! this was amazing - great flavor! even if you're looking to save the waist line: just sub low fat crossant dough from freezer section(bake it first), fat free/low fat cream chese, bit of splenda, and 1% milk...dedecant!!!
great nutrtion too - good antioxidants and vitamins, calcium, even protein! really a very good breakfast food!!!!!!!!!!!
