  • Divide croissant pieces evenly among 10 (4-oz.) ramekins; top with blueberries.
  • Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk; pour into ramekins. Let stand 20 min.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Bake desserts 20 to 25 min. or until set in centers. Serve warm sprinkled with powdered sugar.

OMG! this was amazing - great flavor! even if you're looking to save the waist line: just sub low fat crossant dough from freezer section(bake it first), fat free/low fat cream chese, bit of splenda, and 1% milk...dedecant!!! great nutrtion too - good antioxidants and vitamins, calcium, even protein! really a very good breakfast food!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful in microwaves not to over heat. We mix all berries into ours not just blueberries. Our favorite is blueberries and strawberries combined.
