This recipe is extremely easy to make (especially if you purchase a ready made pie crust) and has a wonderful flavor.
I had a problem the first time I made it. As a few other people have mentioned, it was terribly runny. Even after being in the freezer for an hour, we still had to scoop it out with a spoon and eat it out of bowls.
I made it again today, leaving the milk out completely, and it was perfect. I used fresh lemon juice and added the zest of two lemons which I thought made it especially good.
