Makeover - How We Did It
We took a morning favorite and made it over by decreasing the amount of oats and walnuts, increased the amount of blueberries and used yogurt instead of milk to make it creamy. These small changes saved 120 calories, 12 grams of fat and 2 grams of saturated fat per serving.
