Meat mixture can be shaped into patties and refrigerated up to 1 week before grilling as directed. Or, stack patties with piece of plastic wrap or waxed paper between layers, then wrap tightly and freeze until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator as needed before grilling as directed.
Mix dressing with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro before using as directed.
