I couldn't find the BOCA ground crumbles, and honestly I don't know what it is, so I just went ahead & made it without them. But this recipe is purely delicious ! I wish I had added more of the pasta sauce and cheese, but i used up a whole bag. Hah. Also while i mixed all the ingredients, i added about half the bag of cheese so it'll make it seem more cheesier & it really did. But in two words this recipe is purely delicious.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Super easy with lots of flavor! Super easy with lots of flavor! My husband didn't care for it too much (I never told him I used Boca burger!). This is a very saucy dish (which he is not a fan of)....but I thoroughly enjoyed it and its simplicity. I made it with my Sunday evening meal to cook when I got home on Monday night! Healthier than regular baked ziti!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i first had this when a friend invited me to lunch. i first had this when a friend invited me to lunch. knowing i was vegetarian, she was excited to try out this new recipe. we love it! i make if for our dinners, it's quick and easy to make ahead and then just bake. it's also been a great casserole to take to summer picnics, and no one suspects that it's veggie!

Didn't use the green peppers and added a little Italian spices...all 3 kids and husband decided it should be added to our weekly menu! Love the idea of making it the night before and putting it in the oven after work! Thank you for this recipe!

I didn't tell my family I used the Boca and they loved this receipe & were totally surprised to find it was a substitute -- even asked for the recipe and have had requests to make it again --- EXCELLENT ---

Rated 5 out of 5 by from added 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes and some red pepper flakes, also I had 3 lbs of cottage cheese... added 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes and some red pepper flakes, also I had 3 lbs of cottage cheese that I needed to use up so I added all of it. I also added 5 cloves of chopped garlic and I used 16 oz of rice pasta instead of regular (gluten free) It turned out very good.

I didn't tell my husband before we ate that this recipe actually used the Boca crumbles. He loved it and was shocked when I told him it wasn't actually meat. This was a nice change from the typical ground beef baked ziti.
