  • Microwave links as directed on package; coarsely chop links. Pour egg product into small bowl; stir in links. Pour into nonstick skillet.
  • Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until egg product is set, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix mayo, yogurt and mustards in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until warmed, stirring after each minute.
  • Cover muffin halves with tomatoes, egg mixture and sauce; sprinkle with parsley.

Variation

Substitute GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard for the country Dijon mustard and/or 1 small tomato, cut into 4 slices, for the plum tomato.

Substitute

    My husband really liked this, but I didn't like the sauce as much. I put extra mustard in the sauce and I didn't have mayo so used miracle whip light instead. I also had vanilla yogurt instead of plain. Maybe I'll like the sauce better when I have the right ingredients. ;) I had cherry tomatoes, so I diced them and sprinkled them on top of the sausage patties, then put some shredded cheddar cheese on top of that, then the sauce.

    Very good!!! It has a lot of flavor and is quite filling. It looks rather impressive despite the fact that it is extremely simple to fix.
