  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. on until onions are crisp-tender. Add spinach and ground crumbles; cook 5 min. or until spinach is wilted and crumbles are heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in mozzarella, 1/2 cup pizza sauce and crushed pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare pizza dough as directed on package. Roll out 3/4 of the dough into 11-inch round on lightly floured surface; place on bottom and up side of 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon spinach mixture onto center of crust; spread to within 2 inches of edge. Fold edge of crust over spinach mixture.
  • Roll remaining dough into 8-inch circle; place over pizza. Pinch edges of crusts together to seal; brush with remaining oil.
  • Bake 30 min. or until golden brown, topping with remaining pizza sauce and Parmesan after 15 min.


Substitute 1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough for the prepared pizza crust mix.


Substitute jarred minced garlic for the minced fresh garlic.
