Substitute 2 beaten eggs for the egg product.
Prepare and cook "meatballs" as directed, adding 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley to the crumbles mixture before shaping into balls. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with additional chopped fresh parsley.
Vary this dish by preparing with different flavors of spaghetti sauce, such as those with mushrooms, or onion and garlic.
