Mushrooms come in a variety of sizes and types. For variety, substitute 2 large (4-inch) portobello mushrooms for the 8 large button mushrooms.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Swiss Cheese.
Stuff mushrooms as directed but do not bake. Place in airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to bake as directed.

Good and easy to make. Instead of green peppers I subsituted it with green onions. It gave it more of a kick. Vegetarians loved it!
