I made nachos out of this. I added refried beans, reduced fat cheese and sour cream for me and my daughter and my husband just had it with sour cream. He didn't even know it wasn't meat. I would use it with the crunchy shells too for tacos and maybe even burrito filling or enchilada filling. Excellent recipe, quick and easy.
This exceeded my expectations. My wife told me she was going to be late and wanted to know if we had anything for dinner...so I whipped up these tacos in almost no time at all. I made a little bit more (used three pouches of BOCA) and added a little more salsa and a pouch of taco seasoning. I cooked on the stove and it took hardly any time at all! My wife didn't know it was BOCA until I told her and the taste was just as good as hamburger, but much more healthier and did not give me heartburn! I would definitely make again and my only complaint was that I forgot to buy sour cream with it!
I love to make Boca tacos. Boca meat taste just like regular hamburger but a lot healthier and vegetarian! Love them.
