  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  • Return potatoes to pan. Add butter and Parmesan; mix lightly.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.


Substitute chopped fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dill weed for the parsley.
