Omit bologna, corn and peas. Place 1/2 cup chorizo and 1/4 cup each chopped mushrooms, chopped peeled and deveined roasted poblano chiles and onion in large skillet. Cook on medium heat until chorizo is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Add to prepared Dinners along with the egg; mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish and continue as directed.
