How to Cut Mangos
Cut mango into 2 pieces, just clearing the long flat pit. Then, score the flesh into squares of desired size, cutting up to, but not through, the peel. Press the peel so that the cut side pops outward, then cut the cubes from the peel.
Substitute a nectarine or peeled fresh peach for the mango.
