  • Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add wafer crumbs and 1 cup nuts; mix well.
  • Stir in enough of the sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls. (Note: The chocolate mixture will firm up as it cools.)
  • Roll chocolate mixture into 40 (1-inch) balls. Place remaining nuts in small bowl. Add chocolate balls, 1 at a time, turning to evenly coat each ball with nuts. Let stand until firm.

Substitute unsweetened cocoa powder or additional powdered sugar for the 1/3 cup nuts used to coat the Bourbon Balls.
