Bourbon Cheesecake Shots

What You Need

3/4

cup half-and-half

Tbsp. bourbon

tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

1/2

cup sugar

NILLA Wafers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

Make It

BLEND all ingredients except cookie crumbs in blender until smooth.

POUR into 1-oz. plastic cups; top with wafer crumbs.

SERVE immediately.

Substitute

Prepare using rum or your favorite liqueur.

Vanilla Cheesecake Shots

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute 1 tsp. vanilla for the bourbon.

Yummy! I reduced the Half & Half to 1/3 c. and added 1/4 c. Black Currant Wine. I also put crushed chocolate graham crackers on the bottom and sprinkled some on top.

My family just loved them. Instead of using the bourbon I used a wild strawberry liquor. Everyone just loved how it turned out. Then I have other people asking me for the recipe.

We just HAD to tweek it. We used pineapple, coconut rum instead. It is WAY too thick with 1/2 & 1/2 we used skim milk. 2 T. of liquor? we laughed and added more - our way was very tasty, any combo will work that you like.
