I had leftover snickerdoodle cookies onhand that I used instead of Nilla Wafers that worked out just as well, and upped the amount of bourbon to approximately 5 tblspoons for more of a boost. Won rave reviews from all!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We just HAD to tweek it. We just HAD to tweek it. We used pineapple, coconut rum instead. It is WAY too thick with 1/2 & 1/2 we used skim milk. 2 T. of liquor? we laughed and added more - our way was very tasty, any combo will work that you like.
