  • Combine bourbon with 1 Tbsp. pear syrup in small bowl; discard remaining syrup. Cut pears into thin slices. Arrange 1 pkg. ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch pan; brush half the bourbon mixture over ladyfingers in pan.
  • Whisk cream cheese spread and milk in large bowl until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers in pan; top with half the pear slices. Cover with remaining ladyfingers; brush with remaining bourbon mixture. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Top with remaining pear slices; sprinkle with cranberries and nuts.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Caramel White Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread or PHILADELPHIA Honey Pecan Cream Cheese Spread.

Substitute

Reserve additional 2 Tbsp. pear syrup; use instead of the bourbon. Or, substitute milk or brewed strong coffee for the bourbon.

Special Extra

Sprinkle dessert with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon just before serving.
