  • Combine first 4 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on HIGH 5 to 7 min. or until bacon starts to brown, stirring frequently. Add next 7 ingredients; mix well. Cover.
  • Cook on LOW 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 hours). Remove and discard bay leaves. Remove meat from slow cooker with slotted spoon; shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker; stir.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Place crusts on baking sheets; top with meat mixture and cheese. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion

Top with Pickled Red Onions just before serving.

Variation

Omit pizza crusts and cheese. Serve meat mixture as a filling for your favorite sandwich rolls.
