Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this dish! I love this dish! I've prepared it numerous times in family gatherings and sometimes on weeknights. Its my kid's favorite beef dish. Sometimes I prepare it using bbq sauce or just plain soy sauce w/ a little sugar. Its so easy to prepare, the beef is so tender and always comes out delicious!

This is a great recipe and I have made it many times - only I use my electric pressure cooker and it only takes 35 minutes. And boy is it ever tender. I add the potatoes and vegetables in the sauce and give them a fast 10 - 12 minutes. Then thicken the sauce for gravy. Yum-o!!

My boyfriend and I don't like the taste of A1 but, you can't really taste it. I still think there is some flavor missing. Perhaps I would add carrots, celery, and potatoes the next time.
