This is a great recipe and I have made it many times - only I use my electric pressure cooker and it only takes 35 minutes. And boy is it ever tender. I add the potatoes and vegetables in the sauce and give them a fast 10 - 12 minutes. Then thicken the sauce for gravy. Yum-o!!
Easy pot roast! Add potatoes & carrots. It's wonderful.
