I made these again and used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar and liked them better. All and all they are good muffins. I used paper muffin holders and they didnt stick but used 1 more tbl. oil. thanks for the recipe
Easy to make and taste great. Just sweet enough too. Of course I added a little butter after warming them in the microwave.
