for the most part the family liked it, but i think it is too much gelatin, cause it was stiff(the filling). Family didnt care for the stiffness, but tryed to ignore it since they liked the taste
A great frigde pie. EASILY adapted to the Atkins plan if you substitue a peacan & butter crust, and use all the fatty favorites. Plus, after the fridge time, you can freeze slices for an 'ice cream' like treat.
