To freeze bread, double-wrap it in foil or plastic wrap and seal in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 6 months.

It was a wonderful bread! I WILL make it again, and again.....
I made the bread and followed the recipe, however, I had to add a little more water, I will experiment next time with how much water I should use, or maybe a little less flour. Other wise it was good.
I followed the recpie exactly and it was heavy and doughy and not good at all. Just somewhat edible after toasting the bread.
I have made bread machine breads both from mixes and from scratch, and haven't had a problem, so I'm not sure what I did wrong.
