too messy--does not work
I'm a huge fan of talapia and wow, this was soo good!!! I must admit, I didn't use the Ritz cracker breading, I thought it might be too sweet, so I used pita bread crackers and put them thru the coffee grinder. I didn't have a can of black beans but had some dry black beans, so I cooked them and since I didn't quite understand all of the recipe, I combined the beans with the mayo, the tomatoes, the green onions and jelapano peppers. This combo took the beans to another level! In fact, I combined all the beans with this mixture and will have it as a side with my eggs tomorrow morning!!! I had some left over potato salad that I used also as a side. What a great meal!!!
