Easy to make and tasty! Plus, the possibilities are endless. So much could be added to this to change the flavor. It's a keeper!
I thought it was average and fairly bland. I added green peppers, onions and mushrooms as suggested by others, still needed something else. Perhaps a tasty sausage or combination of meats would give it more flavor.
This has been our traditional Christmas morning breakfast for years! I put everything together the night before, cover, and refrigerate and then pop it in the oven to bake in the morning while we open gifts.
