Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this twice. I have made this twice. This last time I also added cooked and diced yukon potatoe, 2 Boca sausage patties broken up, brocolli that was steamed and cut up and tvp (texturized vegetable protein. Plus I found Kraft no fat shredded cheddar cheese. I also used 3 cartons of egg beaters and put it all in a 13x9. I bring it to work everyday and nuke it. It is great!!
