  • Then follow these 3 simple steps:
  • Beat eggs, milk and softened cream cheese with wire whisk until well blended; set aside. Melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Add egg mixture; cook until egg mixture begins to set, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in add-ins, 1 cup meat or vegetables and 1 tsp. flavoring. Continue cooking until egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of the egg mixture onto each tortilla. Fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using cooking spray instead of the butter, substituting 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product for the eggs and using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
